The North Coast Greyhound Connection will hold its annual Howl-O-Ween event. The NCGC is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of greyhounds. There will also be a costume contest for the greyhounds and their families, a Fun Run area, vendors, a silent auction, chili, hotdogs and other refreshments.
